delta-coach

Meeting tools summarise what was agreed. This reviews what was asked. It pulls the transcript, measures how you ran the call, decodes what each buyer question was actually testing, grades your answers, and surfaces the signals you let pass — then tracks the habits that keep recurring across calls.

What it does

Reviews what was asked, not what was agreed

Summaries capture next steps and miss every question the buyer asked. Those questions are where the deal lives — so the whole review is built around them.

Decodes the question behind the question

“Would this be remote?” is usually a budget probe. “Have you worked with orgs like us?” is a procurement test. Each one gets classified before the answer gets graded.

Grades answers on four axes

Literal, real, advance, and durability — whether the answer survives being repeated in a meeting you are not in. Each comes with a rewrite script short enough to say out loud.

Finds the negative space

Partial answers to two-part questions, signals stated and never chased, commitments never requested. Usually where most of the value is.

Tracks habits across calls

Keeps a habits file so review four can say “third call running where you didn't ask for the room” — and show the trend when a habit finally breaks.

Refuses calls it would fake

Point it at a standup or an internal sync and it declines rather than inventing buyer questions and a talk-ratio verdict on a call with no buyer.

How it works
1

Ground the tape

Finds the recording and pulls the full transcript — never reviews from the summary alone. No Fathom? Paste the transcript and everything else works identically.

2

Measure before judging

Talk ratio, longest monologue, questions each side, time to your first real question, how it ended. Evidence first, opinion second.

3

Decode and grade

Classifies each buyer question, grades your answer on the four axes, and writes what to have said instead.

4

Read the deal, log the habit

Who they really are, what changed mid-call, the real next commitment and the biggest risk — then updates the habits file.
